Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment methods are either through USPS or UPS.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

BsMusicShop.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

BsMusicShop.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

DAMAGES

BsMusicShop.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In the event of a return, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected and you will be notified of the status of your refund. Refunds are returned through your original method of payment.

Processing times for refunds can vary due to payment methods.

To start a return, you can contact us through email, call, or text. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as instruments on which you put your mouth (harmonicas, recorders, etc), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES
If your purchase is defective, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory, we will provide an exchange for the same product.

 

CREDIT
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically have your balance applied to your account in store credit.
